Restriction: One photo and/or poem (max 20 lines) accepted per person

Winners: Judges decision final
Winners will be announced and work displayed at the launch of the St Donard Festival, Elements Exhibition on 20 June 2008 at 5.00 pm in Newcastle Library
Competition organized by the Newcastle Harbour Regeneration Association and Painted Earth and sponsored by the Down District Council
